Hello Blog World!!

I missed you while I was in Austin at Keller Williams’ MegaCamp. There is no way for me to truly relay to you what I am coming back with. Just know that if someone suggests that you attend MegaCamp or Family Reunion it is because they care about you deeply–you don’t even need to be with Keller Williams (and don’t worry about it being a high pressure recruiting event, it’s not.) I’ve never witnessed a real estate company use art, music and inspirational speakers with real life stories to motivate people to get out there and do everything they can to achieve the success that they want. That’s just what Keller Williams Realty did.

Now for the Updates…

 The Las Vegas Real Estate agents in my coaching program have been working smart, utilizing systems and tools, honest conversations and a very high level of accountability. The results speak for themselves. Many have taken their business from a few transactions per year to a few transactions per month.
